Ten Acre Garden is expanding their pizza hours and is looking to hire a Sous Chef to help meet the demands of this expansion! This is a fun, fast paced work environment in a beautiful location on a farm located 25 minutes west of Asheville in Canton, NC. We grow and harvest all our food on site and the pizza trailer stays on our farm. The Sous Chef will work directly with the Chef to help with dough preparation, dough portioning, harvesting vegetables from the farm, recipe prep, line prep, clean up and tear down of the food line, and helping to manage all aspects of service when the Chef is absent. Sous Chef will also help train, support, and manage pizza trailer staff and support with customer service as needed. Approximately 32 hours per week. Employees receive one pizza per shift, a share of vegetables from the farm as designated by  the owners, and a share of the tips during service.
