Songwriter Sawyer Phillips and guitarist Luke Shriver formed The Jugs 🪕🎸 in a dream 💭, on the road 🚐 in 2023. The band took root 🌱 in Western North Carolina ⛰️, drawing wildly from the American music tradition 🇺🇸🎵.

From the undulating concrete of parking lots across the country 🛣️🚗 to the valleys of the oldest mountains on the continent 🌄🌿, The Jugs hold a looking glass 🔍✨ to the surreal and disorienting American condition 🇺🇸🌙.
